The name of this restaurant is born by the hill San Cosme, although this is a word that in Greek means “clean, well done”. The concept that it’s creator wanted to give, chef James Berckemeyer is a place that is characterized for being sustainable and taking care of the ecosystem. This is reflected in the decoration, lighting and even food as it uses products of the season. Regarding the lighting proposal, recyclable elements were used, which provide color and a playful touch that harmonizes with the whole concept.
